Dr. Minardi obtained her Master’s degree in Biotechnology from the University of Milan-Bicocca, and her PhD in Regenerative NanoBiotechnology from the University of Bologna, Italy. She has a decade of research experience in regenerative medicine, nanostructured biomaterials and drug delivery. She joined the Hsu lab in 2018. Currently, she supervises the daily operations, including mentoring fellows and staff, and collaborating with colleagues and outside researchers. Her primary research goal is to enhance the bone’s self-healing capabilities by implementing innovative cell- and nanotechnology-based regenerative technologies.
